When starting the process of a loan we recommend that you have some information available to us so we can research the best lender for your loan. When you send us a rapid app we will call you, we will go over some of the basics to get the loan started. One of the first things we will need to do is pull your credit. Pulling credit when buying a house is necessary. When we pull your credit we can tell you over the phone after checking with lenders to get you the best rate and best loan out there available. After talking with you and showing you what we can do to put you into a house for a new purchase we usually will have you come in and meet with us, we will go over options that you have and we will let you choose what you want to do and how you want to purchase your new home.
When qualifying for a loan there is information that is needed, the lender will sometimes require additional information from you to get an approval on your loan. We will stay in contact with you and let you know what information we need and how the loan is going. If you prefer we can just give you an approximate date on when your loan will close and when you can move in.
